Imagine being sent on a mission with two options: the easy road that ends in death, or the hard road that leads to life. Every churchgoer would choose the second option.
Who wants to lose their life, right? Yet, it’s not so. Some Christians find themselves on the “easy” road of worldliness, one paved with bright lights, catchy music, fun relationships, and everything life’s “perfect highway” seems to offer.
But is it really perfect? Brethren, the devil can’t make Hell beautiful, so he beautifies the road that leads there. Beware of the false and temporary allure of what the world has to offer.
Make this the year you never divert from the strait gate that leads to eternal life.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I prophesy that my life shall never be lost on the broad way. In this Year of Strange Oil, my eyes are open even more to the enemy’s trickery. The devil came too late; I can never be distracted!
