Today’s scripture, about Gideon, reveals an essential spiritual truth vital to your successful walk with Christ.
Many Christians limit themselves to standards set by others, their environment, or social standing. They doubt God’s call because they’ve accepted the world’s view of who they are.
But your perceived setbacks are the perfect setup for you to become your family’s watchman.
Imagine if Gideon had remained bound by others’ opinions of him, so many victories would’ve been lost, all because he underestimated his worth in God!
As we close the year, recognise that God’s choice of you is enough to break every barrier in the new year. He chose you as one of His own, and He shall use you mightily for the work of the Kingdom ahead!
