The Lord Jesus lived on Earth not as the Son of God in His full majesty, but as the Son of Man. He chose to function as a man to demonstrate that the miracles, signs, and wonders He performed can also be done by you, His child, even while in this earthly body.
As you read the Gospels and witness the powerful testimonies of His ministry, don’t see His works as unattainable. Christ came to be the perfect example, a blueprint for how we are meant to live. His death on the cross wasn’t just for redemption; it was so you might receive and walk in the same power and life that He has.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I have the life of Christ in me! The Lord Jesus is my perfect example, and as I read and meditate on His Word, I’m being transformed daily into His very image. Amen.
