There’s a saying that goes, “Comparison is the thief of joy.” This simple sentence reflects a profound biblical truth. Many Christians forfeit their peace and joy by comparing their temporary financial, marital, or vocational situations to those of others.
Scripture assures us that God desires and intends to deliver only the best for us. As a wise and all knowing Father, He knows the best time, way, and season to release those blessings.
Struggles don’t mean God has abandoned you, nor do they mean greater days aren’t ahead. Never equate your life with failure. Others may seem further along, but the race is not to the swift. God has a perfect, personal blueprint for your life, filled with guaranteed blessings!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I do not compare my life to the lives of others! I know God has a unique and special plan for me. I shall never be embarrassed or dismayed this year of strange oil; I serve a God who makes things HAPPEN!
