Within the Church today, there is a spreading epidemic of those who do not action the Word of God! While memorising scripture or praying long hours is important, applying God’s Word in conversation and conduct is vital to living life according to how God intended. The Bible is not just the basis for morality and righteous living but also the instruction manual for every Christian to abide by.
In the verse above, Apostle James says something so profound: faith without works is dead! Many Christians wonder why they live lives lacking taste or joy, yet they never miss church on Sundays, they pray day and night, and they are always attending church programs.
The concept is very simple. Every struggle you face as a child of God directly ties into whether you are applying God’s Word or not! God has not only given us the capability of remembering His divine Word but the power to action it also! Make it a mandate to practice God’s Word in every aspect of your day today!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am putting the Word of God to work in every area of my life! I am not just a Christian because of the knowledge I have accumulated but by the power I have demonstrated also! In this year, I will produce results!
