ANGLICAN COMMUNION DEVOTIONAL OUTLINE FOR 3RD MARCH 2026.
Worship refers to the act of totaI reverence of fear for God. It involves praises, prayers, service, offering and bowing to the King of kings and Lord of lords. When we worship in truth, we enthrone God and He in turn uplifts us for good.
Worship opens the gates of grace to man and helps us to offer ourselves to the glory of God. The leper in our text, approached Jesus and fell on his face (i. e. worship) and in prayers, requested for cleansing (v.12).
And the Lord had mercy on him, reached out and healed him(v.13). In the spirit of this portion of Scriptures, we declare that today is our day of cleansing from all forms of spiritual, physical, financial, social, material and academic leprosy. And the authentic channel through which to activate this declaration is ‘true worship’ (John 4:24; Matt. 2:11).
“O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the LORD our maker’ (Psa. 95:6). Do this in your closet, place of worship or in any convenient place. Then expect the miracle of this ministration in Jesus’Name. Amen.
PRAYER POINT: Lord Jesus, I believe, I bow, and I ask for total cleansing this day and always. Amen
