The Topic of Daily Fountain Devotional for 29th March 2025 is “Faith In Impossible Situations”

READ: Matthew 9:18-26 (NKJV)

While He spoke these things to them, behold, a ruler came and worshiped Him, saying, “My daughter has just died, but come and lay Your hand on her and she will live.”
So Jesus arose and followed him, and so [did] His disciples.
And suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment.
For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.”
But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, “Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.
When Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the flute players and the noisy crowd wailing,
He said to them, “Make room, for the girl is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him.
But when the crowd was put outside, He went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose.
And the report of this went out into all that land.

ANGLICAN COMMUNION DEVOTIONAL OUTLINE FOR 29TH MARCH 2025.

Many years ago, I was attacked by a sickness that resisted everything seasoned doctors did. One of the Professors of medicine said to me, “I think you people are Church people; this is where faith comes in.” This situation lasted for one year and I became discouraged. One day, I lost faith and decided to die.

That night, around 12.00 am, my spirit exited from my body. Miraculously, God brought me back to life and took me on the path of faith and positive confessions on His word for some months and I got well. Halleluya! Today’s passage is about two impossible situations.

The daughter of a ruler died and a woman had an issue of blood for 12 years which doctors could not cure. These two persons demonstrated their faith in their positive confessions on the unfailing ability of Jesus. The ruler confessed his belief that his daughter would come back to life and the woman with the issue of blood said that a touch of the hem of the garment of Jesus would dry her flow of blood. Both got their miracles to the glory of God!

Is there any stubborn situation tossing you around? Do not be like the faithless crowd who believed that some situations are unchangeable. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. Contact with just verse of his word can turn impossibilities to possibilities. So, take the matter to Jesus; stand in faith, positive confessions on His word and ultimate power. You will experience a miraculous turnaround in your situation.

PRAYER: Lord, I believe. Turn my impossibilities to testimonies in Jesus’ Name, Amen!
