JOHN HAGEE DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE / SERMON FOR TODAY 27TH OCTOBER 2022
The Lord is our Keeper. We belong to Him, and no one will ever be able to pluck us out of our Father’s hand. His fingers are closed around us – safe and secure.
He is our Protector. In the valley of the shadow of death, His rod and staff comfort and make us feel secure. We have no reason to fear, because He is with us – now and forever.
He is our Provider. In times of drought and famine, He leads us into green pastures and allows us to rest by quiet waters. Even when enemies threaten, we sit down right in front of them to eat the meal that He gives to us.
He is our Guardian and Giver of every good thing. He pours the oil of gladness over our drooping heads until our cups run over with joy. His goodness and His mercy will chase after us every day of our lives until we finally reach our forever home with Him.
We can entrust our hearts to Him. Into His loving hands, we can commit our families and our futures with confidence. He will never let us go, relentlessly pursuing us until He is at the center of our lives, our eyes are fixed on Him, and our hearts are set on Him. He plays for keeps!
