Today’s Word By Joel Osteen – 9th October 2026.
Imagine what the Israelites in the barren wilderness thought when Moses told them God was about to make them “a thousand times more.” They were former slaves who had been wandering in the desert for forty years. I’m sure they thought, “Moses, we only have enough to survive.
That’s impossible.” God knew everything about what they had been through and what they didn’t have, yet He still told them, “Get ready. I’m going to make you a thousand times more than you are. I’m going to give you houses you didn’t build and vineyards you didn’t plant. I’m bringing you into a wide and spacious place, a land of overflow and abundance.”
God’s dream for your life is much bigger than your own. The places He’s going to take you, the doors that are going to open, and the people you’re going to meet will far exceed anything you’ve believed. Because you are obedient, the Lord God of your fathers is making you a thousand times more than you are—more successful, more influential, more joyful, more creative. Receive this promise into your spirit.
PRAYER FOR TODAY – JOEL OSTEEN 9TH OCTOBER 2026.
Father, thank You that You are in no way limited to what my circumstances look like or have been. Thank You that I can have the faith to believe and receive Your promise of a thousand times blessing. I am looking forward with great expectancy for what You are going to do. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
