Focus: The Lord Is My Shepherd
Scripture: “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.” – Psalm 23:1
Reflection:
David’s declaration captures the heart of trust in God’s provision and guidance. As a shepherd cares for sheep, so God cares for His children. Sheep are vulnerable, easily straying, and dependent on their shepherd. In the same way, believers are safe only under God’s watchful care. When you declare, “The Lord is my shepherd,” you affirm that He provides for your needs, protects from danger, and leads you on the right path. Lack and fear disappear when you recognize His role as Shepherd. He leads beside still waters, restores the soul, and prepares a table even in the presence of enemies. This truth assures you that you are never alone; His rod and staff comfort you. No matter the uncertainties of life, you can rest knowing that your Shepherd neither slumbers nor fails. Today, choose to follow Him faithfully and enjoy His goodness.
Prayer Point: Father, guide me as my Shepherd and let me lack nothing under Your care.
Inspiring Quote: “Worry is the pastor of doubt; faith is the sheep of the Good Shepherd.” – Anonymous

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened…YOUR FATHER WHO IS IN HEAVEN GIVE GOOD THINGS TO THOSE WHO ASK HIM!
