SEEDS OF DESTINY MESSAGE FOR TODAY 19TH JANUARY 2026
It has been confirmed that every product is made up of raw materials or ingredients. Every product or output is made up of a combination of inputs. If you plan to have a product, you must be prepared to assemble the necessary ingredients or raw materials. If you are going to have an output, you need a combination of inputs. Every success is a function of secrets.
All truths are parallel. If faith is a product, then it is also made up of ingredients or raw materials. If faith is the desired outcome, then there are required inputs to be put together to make it happen.
In today’s study, we will explore the ingredients or raw materials that make up Bible faith.
- The Knowledge of God (Hebrews 11:6).
The knowledge of God is a vital ingredient of faith. Knowing God is a platform or basis for faith. To know God is to believe in Him. You can’t believe in whom you don’t know. To know God is to trust Him.
- The Knowledge (or Revelation) of God’s Word (Romans 10:8). The Word of God is the Word of faith. The Scripture makes it clear in Romans 10:17 that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
The Word of God communicates faith and faith communicates life. To be connected to the Word is to be connected to faith.
- The knowledge or Understanding of the Purpose and Will of God.
In any area you understand what God wants to do, in that area you can exercise an unusual audacity of faith. 1John 5:14 says And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He heareth us:
Now, what does this mean? It means that if I understand His Will and Purpose on any issue, I have an impartation of the confidence of faith concerning the issue, especially at the place of prayer. Understanding His Will and Purpose on any issue will impart confidence in faith to handle the issue because God cannot want it and the devil stops it. Isaiah 14:27 corroborates this: For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? And his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?
- The Testimonies of His Acts (Luke 1:35-38, 45).
What God has done in your own life or in the lives of others builds faith.
Beloved, one thing we must know about God is that what He did yesterday, He can still do today, and tomorrow. What He did there, He can also do here. What He did with one person, He can also do with another.
REMEMBER THIS: Understanding His Will and Purpose on any issue will impart confidence in faith to handle the issue.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
- Locate His Will concerning your life and hold unto it.
- Ask the Lord to reveal His Word to you.
PRAYER: Father, I have confidence in You, and I believe that Your Will for my life must come to pass. Help me to behold wondrous things from Your Word that will build my faith, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
