RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DEVOTIONAL FOR TODAY SATURDAY 14TH NOVEMBER 2026.
Being born again, we belong to the household of faith. Our lineage is a lineage of faith. Galatians 3:9 says, “So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.” Therefore, we think differently. Our minds are governed by the Word of God. For example, we don’t go through life in fear of what Satan could do to us or against us. We know better. Satan is not a factor. He’s a defeated foe and he’s under our feet. We’re joint-heirs with Christ, united with the One whom the Bible calls the Head over all principality and power.
Therefore, we live in the consciousness of our authority, dominion, and victory in Christ Jesus. The Bible says, “… For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8).Hebrews 2:14-15 further declares, “Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”
When Jesus triumphed over Satan and the principalities and powers of darkness, we were in Him. His victory is our victory. This is why our response to life is different. We don’t magnify problems; we magnify God. We don’t yield to fear or discouragement because our confidence is in the Lord who has already given us the victory. 2 Corinthians 2:14 says, “Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ….” This is our natural way of thinking; it’s from the standpoint ofour union with Christ. We see and think differently. We see ourselves as God sees us. We speak in agreement with His Word and act accordingly. That’s the mentality of faith, and it’s the mentality of continual victory.
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for giving me the mind of Christ. My thinking is governed by your Word, and I see every circumstance from the standpoint of victory and glory. I live in the consciousness of my union with Christ, exercising dominion and walking in continual triumph every day, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
