knowing their prayers fuelled his ministry’s effectiveness, a truth that still holds today.
As a Christian, you’re called to pray for those God has set over you, for the Lord Jesus Christ’s sake and because you love the Spirit of God.
If you read on, you’ll see that such prayers greatly benefit the body of Christ. Paul explained how they ultimately benefit the Kingdom.
When you pray for your leaders, souls are won, lives are transformed, and the name of Jesus is exalted. Knowing that the saints are praying for them emboldens even the choicest church leaders.
They stand taller and bolder on the front lines, knowing you’re holding up their hands in prayer. Make it a point to do this often.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I speak long life, divine health, peace and joy to those in leadership! I declare an invigoration to do even more in the Kingdom so that more souls are won to Christ in Jesus’ Name! Amen.
