GOODNEWS DAILY TEACHING BY UEBERT ANGEL 3RD FEBRUARY 2025.
When you read the scriptures, don’t rush. Take your time and let them sink in. Today’s scripture tells us that the only work we need to do is to enter into Christ. Once you’re in Him, you’re imputed the gift of grace, which powers you to do everything according to your faith. You won’t need to struggle, for it’s no longer your effort but grace working in you. This is the Good News we preach! Paul said he laboured more than all of the apostles, yet not him but the grace working through him (1 Corinthians 15:10).
The Lord Jesus said bring your burdens to me, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28). Stop struggling. Stop trying to do things by your own ability. The scripture warns that if we don’t enter into His rest, we’ll end up like those who perished in the wilderness because they failed to believe God could sustain them. Refuse to follow their example. Lay your burdens on Him; trust Him and let Him care for you. He’s got your
back, so relax in Him.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I cease trying to make it alone. I lay my burdens before my Lord, Jesus Christ. I have entered His rest; everything I do is powered by the Holy Ghost! Amen.
