When David went out to face Goliath, he could have been intimidated, afraid, wondering what he was going to do. But all of a sudden, he felt strength that he’d never felt, courage, ability. He picked up that rock and slung it with such force and such accuracy that it knocked Goliath to the ground, unconscious.
How could that happen? God gave him strength, ability, favor to do what he couldn’t do on his own.
