Today’s Word By Joel Osteen – 24th October 2026.
After we’ve gone through hurts, failures, and disappointments, too often our tendency is to isolate, to disengage. In trying to protect ourselves, we hide our potential, hide our personality, turn off our feelings, push down any emotions, and don’t pursue any dreams. People show up for work, but they’re not really there. They have great ideas, but they don’t share them. They’re in the home physically with their family, but they’ve checked out emotionally. The pressure, the hurts, and the mistakes have caused them to go into a defense mode where they don’t participate.
The enemy would love for you to live disengaged, unplugged, hiding your gifts, hiding your creativity, hiding your feelings. God is saying, “I created you with a light to shine out for all to see. Don’t hide it, don’t cover it over. I created you to be a blessing, to love, to laugh, to stand out and make a difference. Let your light shine, and you’ll experience the joy, the love, the favor, the victory that makes life so rewarding and so fulfilling.”
PRAYER FOR TODAY – JOEL OSTEEN 24TH OCTOBER 2026.
“Father, thank You for the gifts and talents You have given to me and are unique to my life. Thank You that You created me to shine and make a difference in the world. I declare that I refuse to let fear keep me in hiding. I want to experience all that You have for me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
