Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit that enables us to live disciplined lives. It empowers us to make choices that honor God and to resist temptations that lead us away from Him. With the Holy Spirit’s help, we can develop self-control in every area of our lives.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I ask for your help in developing self-control. Empower me by your Spirit to live a disciplined life that honors you. Help me to resist temptation and to make choices that align with your will. Thank you for the power, love, and self-discipline that come from your Spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
