And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, “Lift up now thine eyes and look from the place where thou art northward and southward and eastward and west- ward: for all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.”

Sometimes, you fail to hear the voice of God because you’re never alone! In these times, so many distractions are designed to remove your ear from the words of the Father!

The verse above teaches us that before revelation comes isolation! Isn’t it amazing how Abraham (Abram) couldn’t receive revelation from God until he was completely isolated! You
may often find yourself trying to navigate a season of loneliness or being alone, not realizing you’re in the perfect place to receive direction from Christ and ignite divine dialogue!

The Bible shows us that even the Lord Jesus Christ spent time in seclusion to commune with the Father. Matthew speaks of Him turning away crowds and climbing a mountain to have private, quiet time with the Father. Like Him, you must set designated times to block out the noise and focus your attention on God’s words!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I value the importance of seclusion. I understand before rev- elation comes isolation. I declare that in my moments of solitude, I am positioned to hear His voice clearly and ready to receive the revelations prepared for me! Amen.
