The good news is that it’s not too late to do something about it. You don’t have to live with contamination on the inside. Let it go. Forgive the person that hurt you; forgive your parent for what they didn’t give you. Let go of the disappointment and the dream that didn’t work out.
Let go of the guilt, the shame, the regret, the remorse. You can’t keep that bottled up and reach your potential.
