GOODNEWS DAILY TEACHING BY UEBERT ANGEL 15TH JUNE 2023.
It is impossible for your heart to follow God and I know that might be difficult to accept because of how most people speak. They say things like he or she “has a good heart.” Yet, the Bible tells us that that heart is deceitful and desperate to be wicked (Jeremiah 17:9 KJV).
If the heart were allowed to make choices devoid of the Word of God, it would make evil choices. That makes it difficult, if not impossible, for your heart to be close to God. So, what can you do to be close to God? You can force your heart to go in God’s direction. How? By what you do with your treasure. Your heart follows your treasure. What is your treasure? Your wealth, valuables, money! What you do with your money determines how close your heart is to God.
Your heart is only drawn to treasure – money. So, when God says to give your tithe and offerings and encourages you to use your money to establish His righteous cause on Earth, He gives you the secret to getting close to Him. Every time you give to God for the cause of the Kingdom, you are creating a path for your heart to follow.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
All that I have belongs to God. When God looks for a cheerful, prompt to do it giver, He will find me every time.
