Scripture: Psalm 29:3-4.
The voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the Lord is upon many waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
Thought for The Day: The way you gain physical strength when you eat physical food is the same way you gain spiritual strength when you eat the Word of God.

PASTOR PAUL ENENCHE’S SEEDS OF DESTINY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE FOR 10TH NOVEMBER 2023.
It has been confirmed that connection to the Word or Voice of God is a sponsor of strength for destiny fulfilment.
Psalms 29:3-4 says,
The voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the Lord is upon many waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
The Voice of God is energetic. The Word of God is pregnant with Divine energy. Anyone who is Word-loaded is a spiritual time bomb. The Word of God imparts people with energy that is heavier than an atomic bomb. The Voice of God carries strength and power.
The Word of God abiding in a person equals strength (1 John 2:14).
There are people who sleep at night and see themselves being pursued by demons. Evil spirits pursue them and give them food to eat in the dream.
However, there are others who sleep at night and no evil pursuer can approach them, even 100 kilometres away. The difference between these two groups of people is spiritual strength. You are strong because the Word of God abides in you. You are weak because the Word of God is lacking in your life. The absence of the Word equals weakness. The abundance of the Word equals strength.
If someone does not eat food for a long time, he gets physically weak. In the same manner, if a person stops eating the Word, he gets weak spiritually.
Matthew 4:4 says,
Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
So, what physical food does to the body is what the Word of God does to the spirit. The Word of God is the food of the human spirit. The way you gain physical strength when you eat physical food is the same way you gain spiritual strength when you eat the Word of God.
Remember this: The way you gain physical strength when you eat physical food is the same way you gain spiritual strength when you eat the Word of God.
ASSIGNMENTS:
- Make up your mind to study the Word of God to gain strength to fulfil destiny.
- Be diligent and consistent in the study of the Word.
PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace and discipline to be diligent and consistent in studying Your Word. I receive strength to fulfil destiny as I study Your Word, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
